ECRL library cards:  A single card is used for all ECRL online services. Issued at all branches and outreach sites and must be renewed every 2 years. Check the expiration date of your library card in "Account Preferences" tab (must be logged in)
Passwords: Reset your own password. Go to Library Card Account (above) and select "Forgot your password"
For renewals, contact any branch or send email to ecregion @ (include name, address, and library card number in the email)
